Training Week 29.1 - 4.2

I like looking back at the training I've done. This week I was satisfied with my efforts and felt like I was getting my training back on track. Today I'm a little flat. I'm sure the feeling will pass though and I hope to be back to normal tomorrow although I'm certain Jarek will tell me I need to rest a couple of days and not push too hard :)

Sun 29.1 - 30 min cycle on turbo trainer (10.3km)
Mon 30.1 - 25 min strength training (including kettlebells)
Tue 31.1 - AM: 20 min run (3.1km) PM: 20 min walk (easy pace)
Wed 1.2 - 40 min run on treadmill (7.2km)
Thu 2.2 - 30 min cycle on turbo trainer (9.9km)
Fri 3.2 - REST (feeling sick all day)
Sat 4.2 - 20 min walk (easy)
