Baby showers, walks and beautiful days

Gorgeous day at North Burleigh
It’s been a hectic day. I’ve been on my feet since 8am this morning, it’s now almost 8pm and I am knackered that my hands are shaking. The three black coffees I had earlier don’t help.
Home made boxes with sweet treats inside
The baby shower tomorrow is all set. Photos done, thank you gifts created, presents wrapped, and even managed to fit in a power walk!
Now all is left is to show up tomorrow and hope the guests and the mum to be loves it all. While she’s been involved in the planning of pretty much everything we have thrown in a few surprises. The photos shoot went well and we’ve got some great pics that I won’t be showing here to respect her privacy. I hope they like them as much as I do!
And the lid that goes on top
So it’s the eve of the half marathon. I have to be up in about eight hours to fit in toast, tea and a hot shower before we leave for the race venue. Fortunately, it’s only a fifteen minute drive. Gotta love local races.
