Running Again

Yay! I’m so excited to be running again. 

This week I’ve managed to do three runs – Monday 3km, Wednesday 3km and Friday 4km.
Ok, so that’s not much. But given that I can count on two hands how many times I’ve run this year, this is awesome. 

My motivation and mojo are back. Time to pop the champagne!

I’m taking it slowly. These runs were slow. But they were good. By the end of the week that sluggish feeling I’ve been experiencing for months disappeared. I’m starting to feel like me again…only so much better.
