I’m pleased with this week’s training and my body has been very clear about it this weekend. I needed a mini nap this afternoon which felt great. Napping might become a weekend habit. I only need about half an hour but it makes a huge difference in how I’m feeling and increases productivity towards the end of the day. Saturday night’s shenanigans may have caused the need for a nap, but it was an early night and I was in bed by midnight with a decent seven and a half hours of snooze time.
