Week in Review

Are the weeks getting faster or is it just me? I check out my growing belly and am in awe that there’s an actual person living in there. I see him kick, generally as soon as it’s time for me to shut my eyes and sleep, or at 2am when I wake up because he’s pressing against my bladder or my hips are burning and I need to switch sides.

With ten weeks to go, the reality of what is happening is starting to set in. Life is never going to be the same. The life we have grown to know will finish and a new one will start, people tell me that I won’t know what I did with my time before the baby enters our lives, that it’s going to change absolutely everything. I have no doubt that many things will change. This is what we signed up for.

Training:
Tue 4/3 – 20 min walk
Wed 5/3 – 30 min yoga + 20 min walk
Thu 6/3 – 15 min walk
Fri 7/3 – 30 min walk
Sat 8/3 – 30 min yoga + 30 min walk
Sun 9/3 – 20 min yoga + 30 min walk
Mon 10/3 – 20 min walk
