Healthy Lunch Idea – Quick Salad

1 small can mixed beans
1 small can unsalted corn
1 can of tuna in olive oil
1 tomato or a few cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl of your choice and enjoy!
The canned stuff can be kept in your desk drawer or home pantry for
when you’re out of choices or forgot to go shopping.
It’s healthy, fast and yum yum yum.
