AM: 40 min Pilates (focusing on abdominals)
PM: 27 min run (4.35km)
I can definitely feel a drop in my fitness but today’s run felt much better than last week’s. There’s still a tingle in my knees – something I need to look out for.

Tue 11/9
AM: 20 min yoga (using Yoga book)
PM: 60 min cycle (18.52km)

Wed 12/9
AM: 20 min yoga
PM: 28 min run (4.7km)

Thu 13/9
AM: 25 min yoga

Fri 14/9
AM: 20 min yoga + 15 push ups + 20 squats

Sat 15/9
AM/PM – 20-30 min walk (very relaxing pace)

Sun 16/9
AM: 5km Salt Fun Run – 25 mins
PM: 20 min walk with Kola
