Got my blood test results back today. Apparently I’m healthy as a horse. I don’t always feel it, and there’s the eczema that’s been attacking me for the past twelve months, but the blood work looks pretty good. However, I’ve insisted on some allergy tests and having found a doctor who’s friendly, easy to talk to and actually listens, she gave no objections.

Stress, food, and the weather can impact your wellbeing and make you feel like shit from time to time. This week I felt great, the week before I felt like crap. I’m thinking hormones, dehydration and stress, plus I’ve recently begun limiting my coffee to weekends only and started drinking spirulina every evening. I love the energy boost it gives me when I’m feeling flat after work.

My iron levels on the low end of the normal range so that’s something to watch, however, with a serving of spirulina providing about 25% of daily recommended iron intake and a little multivitamin I’ve started taking, I don’t think there’s gonna be anything to worry about.
