Training Review

I didn’t run at all this week – unless you count running for the train in the morning in shin deep snow and trying not to break a leg.

I did however do some skipping. Not much but every little bit counts, and a weight training session which I must say was a little bit short but better than nothing at all.

Next week I hope to get back into running regularly on the treadmill and/or outdoors.
