Training in Review

Mon –
PM: 30 min yoga

Tue –
Lunch: 40min walk (2.6k)
PM: 30 min yoga
The walk was more like a stroll along the Brisbane River with a friend.

Wed –
AM: 33min run (6km) + 20 min walk (1.6k) + 30 min yoga
PM: 45 min Pilates
I had a day off today which is why I was able to do a bit more training mid week. It would be so lovely to always have Wednesday off, it breaks up the week nicely.

Thu –
AM: 20 min yoga
PM: 27min run (5km) – intervals on the treadmill 4x2min @ 13km/hr
I’m really enjoying the lunchtime workouts at the gym. It’s a quick workout but it means I can work harder and then I get back to the office feeling fresh and ready to tackle the afternoon.

Fri –
PM: 40 min cycle (11.3k) – this was very very easy cycling whilst watching a movie + 30min yoga

Sat –
AM: 46 min swim (2km) + 35min run (6.2km)
PM: 30 min yoga
Today was supposed to be a long run but it didn’t happen. I am going to fit in a couple before the GC Marathon, just not sure when yet.

Sun –
PM: 15 min yoga
It was a busy day today but I have no excuses. I did go to a lovely baby shower today.

In general, this week was a shocker. I’m just feeling so tired after work. The long commute in the morning and afternoon is exhausting and there are so many things that I want to do but I just can’t find the time. This weekend went by so quickly, I can’t believe it’s Monday tomorrow. It’d be so nice to be able to work from home…

  2. Pol etatu bylo by fajnie, tak duzo zeczy by mozna bylo zrobic. Ale z drugiej strony nie raz jak sie ma wiecej czasu to jakos trudno znalesc czas na co kolwiek 🙂
