It’s been a good week given that it has been very busy. Lots happening around here at the moment. The Christmas parties have started which means more food and wine being consumed. I’m taking it easy with the festivities over the next two weeks, but after the 16th, I’m happy to over indulge for a little bit.

Yesterday I went to try on wetsuits, water temperature in Canberra will be around 20 degrees so I need one, and yes I have left it to the last minute. Word of advice, avoid trying on wetsuits when it’s ridiculously hot..it’s hard, and frustrating, and really hard. I had no idea I’d have to battle with a wetsuit.
Unfortunately, I didn’t find one. So the plan for this week is to find a wetsuit that fits, learn to get into without causing a scene and hop in the water a couple times to practice my stroke. Fun stuff. So much to learn, so little time.
